Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a confident and conscientious individual to undertake the role of Apprentice Civil Engineering Technician
You will be providing technical support to the Highway Service to support the development of Highways policies, plans and projects to improve the network.
Your duties will assist in the management of the adopted highway network by playing a role in, highway enquires, contractor performance, highways safety improvments, traffic management, reviewing data, highway asset improvements and developing schemes.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician apprenticeship with South Hampshire College Group. The duration of this apprenticeship is 36 months with 4 months for the End Point Assessment.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £24,795 - £25,185. The starting salary is £24,795 with annual progression through the salary bands.
