Job Identification Job Identification The six-month training program, based at the CCI BD Plant, is designed to help local individuals enhance their technical and behavioral skillsMain Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Will be assigned to an 8-hour working shift each day. No overtime will be permitted Ensure timely attendance on assigned shifts and no misconduct found in this regard The apprenticeship program will include both theoretical and practical learning during the working period, with approximately 20% of the total time dedicated to theoretical instruction They will work under the guidance of a Production Engineer, Foreman, or Operator for day-to-day execution Maintain safe operations by strictly following all safety procedures and regulations Comply with international and local food safety standards, ensuring no violations occur Perform all tasks assigned during the training tenure diligently Operate and handle machines while ensuring full compliance with GMP (Quality & Safety) standards and proper implementation of all measures Develop thorough knowledge of assigned machinery and its functionality to enhance technical capability Report any deficiencies or irregularities promptly to the assigned supervisor Candidate Education Requirements Diploma/LTMC/TTC students with appeared results in relevant field
