As a Apprentice Commis Chef at Sodexo in Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital, Clayton Road, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST5 4DB, you’ll have an enthusiasm for food and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of the head or senior chef.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy
• Work collaboratively with other members of the brigade to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures.
