JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an organised and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the SnackVerse team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our online presence—helping to engage our audience, manage content, liaise with partners, and support overall digital strategy to promote our unique snack offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors is a strong plus.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) are a bonus.
• A proactive team player with a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a love of snacks!

• Content Management & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms in alignment with our marketing calendar and brand voice.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive and professional online presence.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with influencers to create partnerships that align with our brand goals.
• Reputation Management: Proactively manage our online reputation by engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and maintaining a strong brand image across platforms.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost customer loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the paid advertising team to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and promotional content.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry news, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.
• General Marketing Support: Contribute to email marketing, website content updates, and other digital initiatives as needed.
