As an Apprentice Customer Services Representative, you’ll be part of a friendly, motivated team helping customers with orders, solving problems, and learning how a successful business operates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help customers place orders and resolve delivery issues
• Learn how to process orders and manage logistics
• Support our technical team with warranty claims and site visit planning
• Work across different departments including warehouse, spare parts, and potentially digital or heat pump design
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications
• Prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
