Ian Williams have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Partner (also known as Apprentice and Development Partner) to recruit, support, and develop our people across the business, with a key focus on, but not limited to, Apprentices, Trainee Surveyors, and Contract Managers.

The Programme Partner role:

  • Support the development of a coaching culture partnering with line managers and site mentors to excel at developing apprentices and trainees
  • Champion apprentices and trainees, always looking for ways to improve their experience and aid achievement
  • Manage a selection of apprentices and trainees, ensuring successful delivery and completion of their programmes and their pastoral care
  • Work closely with training providers to enable IW apprentices to complete their training successfully in a timely manner
  • Manage Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) funding claim management and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) processes for the selection of apprentices and trainees.
  • Note: This partnering role may require some travel to business units, sites, andtraining venues.
