The role sits within our Document Solutions Service in our Finance and Resources directorate and we are seeking an Apprentice Document Management Officer.
As an Apprentice Document Management Officer, you will provide a document management service in relation to the handling, sorting and distribution of incoming mail as per customer requests in line with service level agreement, quality standards and key performance indicators.
You will process customers online parking permit applications, open and record all incoming mail.
You will provide an excellent customer service to all of our users at all times.
As part of your role you will undertake and complete the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship.
