About the role You’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands-on work. You’ll learn how to: Inspection, testing, installation and fault-finding skills Safe working practices and risk awareness Work safely on site, following health and safety guidelines Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, showing care, respect and good timekeeping Progress through applying learning, working safely and gaining independence toward qualified status. What qualification will you gain? Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship, delivered by Lakes College You’ll combine on-the-job learning with structured study, building skills and confidence that will support your long-term career.
