Compensation Package

  • Wage is dependent on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with JA Tech’s team to perform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, repair, specialized installation, commissioning, & start-up of low, medium, & high voltage equipment & apparatus associated with an electrical power system
  • Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Tech’s OHS & E Manual
  • Comply with Electrical Code, safety standards, & other applicable legislation
  • Perform other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid apprentice card
  • Valid Fall Protection
  • GMSA is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, & problem-solving skills
  • High voltage terminations and/or Fiber experience is considered an asset
  • Industrial Site experience
  • Self-motivates with a pro-active attitude & ability to pitch in & do what is required
  • Willingness to travel regularly to job sites
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Tech’s Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Manual
  • Comply with Electrical Code, safety standards, & other applicable legislation
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
