In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that works together to drive innovation, quality, and success. If you’re a self-starter who loves challenges, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Champion Safety: Consistently follow all company safety policies and procedures, modeling safe practices for the entire team.
  • Equipment Reliability: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to keep plant equipment and facilities in optimal working condition.
  • Rapid Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and restore operation of electrical and mechanical systems with minimal downtime.
  • Efficient Execution: Complete assigned work orders accurately and on schedule, documenting tasks in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Collaborative Mindset: Work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when challenges arise.
  • Analytical Approach: Apply strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills to resolve equipment issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Own daily 5S activities, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and actively contribute ideas to improve processes and equipment performance.
  • Proactive Engagement: When unexpected problems occur, take initiative to become part of the solution—identifying causes, proposing fixes, and driving implementation.
  • Accountability: Verify completed work with the Head Coach or Assistant Coach and ensure all required documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Training Commitment: Complete all assigned training modules on or before due dates, keeping certifications and knowledge current.
  • Flexibility: Perform additional maintenance or facility-related tasks as assigned by the Head Coach to support overall plant performance.
