QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Previous experience within the electrical industry
• Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• ECS Test / CSCS / SHEA card (or equivalent)
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable but not essential)
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety and manual handling
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Electrician/Skilled Person to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across DNO and IDNO networks, with full training provided for the right candidate who is keen to learn and progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out electrical works for new connections, diversions, and alterations on DNO/IDNO networks
• Undertake various LV terminations (BWF, AWA, SWA) into EV feeder pillars
• Install lighting and power systems within substations (DNO/IDNO)
• Carry out LV service and mains cable jointing (training available if not fully experienced)
• Opportunity for progression and training on HV terminations
