We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details: Summary of Responsibilities: Assist in managing reservations for our food and beverage outlets Provide accurate information and assistance to guests regarding dining options, availability, and special requests Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience Process reservation requests accurately and in a timely manner Assist in managing the reservation system Maintain detailed records of reservations and guest preferences Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort Excellent phone contact handling skills and exceptional active listening abilities Strong customer service skills and adaptability to interact with individuals of diverse personalities and backgrounds Ability to multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
