Our handmade dessert factory is offering a unique opportunity to train as a Level 3 Food Technologist Apprentice, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern food safety and quality standards.

YOU’LL GAIN PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN:
· New Product Development (NPD): Supporting the creation and refinement of recipes, trialling new ingredients, and helping scale up artisan products for wider distribution

We’re looking for individuals who are:
A genuine interest in food science is paramount, a commitment to learning with a flexible attitude, as working some evenings on a rota basis will be required to support the business, the requirements of the role and the apprenticeship.
