Carlisle | Full-Time | Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship
Salary: Competitive + Full Training + Career Progression

READY TO LAUNCH YOUR CAREER IN INSURANCE?

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Handler. You’ll begin your journey in our dynamic claims team, learning the ropes and building a solid foundation in insurance. But that’s just the beginning…
Once you’ve completed your Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship, you’ll have options. You might choose to stay and grow as a Claims Handler, becoming a specialist in your field. Or, if you’re curious about the client side, you could progress into an Account Handler or even an Account Executive role. The path is yours to shape – and we’ll support you every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting customers through the claims process with professionalism and empathy
  • Learning how to assess, manage, and resolve insurance claims
  • Collaborating with experienced colleagues across different departments
  • Developing a deep understanding of insurance products and client needs
  • Building the skills to transition into other roles – or deepen your expertise in claims

What you’ll gain:

  • A fully funded Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced insurance environment
  • A clear career pathway – whether that’s in claims, account handling, or beyond
  • Mentorship and support from industry professionals
  • Confidence, communication skills, and a recognised qualification

What we’re looking for:

  • A curious mind and a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in building a career
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
  • No prior experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
