We are a busy, family-owned remodeling and handyman company in the Phoenix area looking for a motivated Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually become a high-level craftsman. Pay: $18–$23 per hour (depending on experience) What You’ll Do: Assist lead craftsmen on residential jobs (bathrooms, kitchens, repairs, etc.) Help with demo, prep work, installations, and job cleanup Learn basic skills in drywall, tile, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and stucco Maintain a clean and professional job site Interact respectfully with customers when needed What We’re Looking For: Strong work ethic – shows up on time and ready to work Willingness to learn and take direction Positive attitude and team player Basic tool knowledge is a plus (but not required) Reliable transportation is required Bonus Points If You Have: 1–2 years of construction or handyman experience Experience in drywall, tile, or general remodeling Ability to work independently on smaller tasks Why Work With Us: Family-owned company with a great reputation Consistent, steady work Opportunity to grow into a lead craftsman role Work with a team that values quality and professionalism Variety of work – no two days are the same Important: We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career—not someone just looking for a temporary job.
