Hourly rate: £12.21 HR Apprentice Course title: HR Apprenticeship (Level 3) Location: Gloucester Contract Type: Fixed Term Apprenticeship Salary – Age 16–18: £7.96 per hour — 40 hours per week (including study time ) Age 19–20: £11.06 per hour — 40 hours per week (including study time) Age 21+: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.71 in April) — 40 hours per week (including study time ) Training provider: BPP You will join Mears Group in the week commencing 03/08/2026, and your apprenticeship course will begin in the week commencing 21/09/2026. What does a life as a HR Apprentice look like? During your apprenticeship within our Head Office branch in Gloucester, you will be part of the Human Resources Team, your main duties will be supporting the team with all relevant tasks; dealing with queries on the phone, email, and our workflow system, raised by managers and employees, and any other general administration work required from you by the Team Leader. This Apprenticeship could be tailored towards all round Business Support or a HR Pathway.
