Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated First Year Apprentice to join our Service team in Cardiff, NSW. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in mechanical fitting and hydraulics, eager to learn the trade while building a long-term career with Bosch Rexroth.
As an Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards your Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting/Machining). You’ll be mentored by experienced Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Technicians and Application Engineers, developing your skills across all areas of hydraulic fitting.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Service team with hydraulic fitting and service activities.
  • Assisting with the assembly, disassembly, inspection, and testing of hydraulic power units, pumps, motors, and fluid power systems.
  • Learning safe work practices, precision fitting, and machining techniques.
  • Building knowledge through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience.
  • Contributing as a valued member of a supportive and skilled team.
