    A great opportunity to join the National Trading Standards Intelligence Team hosted by Suffolk County Council as an apprentice, undertaking a Level 4 Intelligence Analyst apprenticeship, working from Landmark House.
Responsibilities

You will:

  • be part of a small intelligence team that will conduct research on multiple data sets to enhance the intelligence picture across the trading standards landscape to assist in investigations of Trading Standards priority areas
  • be responsible for horizon scanning for issues/crimes that may impact consumers nationally, regionally, and locally and record these on a case management system
  • work alongside members of the team to achieve the learning objectives in the apprenticeship as well as carry out small projects and tasks to assist your learning and the teams’ investigations by providing effective support to drive forward the work of the National Trading Standards Intelligence Team
  • assist the National Trading Standards Team with their tactical and strategic intelligence products and investigations to support the wider trading standards intelligence network.
