We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join an experienced sales team as an Internal Sales Executive at our Sheffield site. The successful candidate will be an organised, customer focused individual with excellent communication skills with a desire to develop customer relationships. They will actively drive sales performance, becoming a part of a close-knit sales team that prides itself on delivering market leading customer service to both retail & trade customers.

• Sales proactivity. Following up leads, quotes, enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Answering inbound customer calls, processing customer orders and pricing up live enquiries in a timely manner.
• Managing, maintaining and developing a set ledger of accounts.
• Achieve personal sales targets turning enquiries into profitable orders with emphasis on increasing the Company market share.
• Being efficient and careful when quoting, looking to achieve the best possible price on every order.
• To promote all the company’s products and services, working closely with external sales team and Product Champions
• To seek business from new and existing customers.
• Promoting new products and supporting promotions and special offers.
