ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 GCSEs at grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisation and prioritisation skills

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• GCSE or equivalent in IT
• Previous IT or customer service experience
