Responsibilities

Your contributions will be well valued to all teams with the company. From front of house reception to helping lawyers with there case load. Your will become an important part of the day to day running of the office.

  • Reception – front of house dealing with phone calls and clients.
  • DR/CR payments – using DR/CR machine to take large amounts of monies.
  • Filing – general
  • Closure of Case files.
  • Deed Packets. – Creating and maintaining deeds records.
  • Post duties – Franking mail along with taking post to local post office. Open in coming post along with distribution of it.
  • Photocopying and scanning of documents
