Shift Day Shift (7:00AM – 4:30PM, Mon - Fri) Night Shift (4:30 PM - 2AM M-R) Location Alsip, IL Requirements Qualifications/Requirements · College Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · 1-2 years of relevant work experience · Willingness and excitement to learn on a daily basis working through a 3–5-year apprenticeship program · Team player with excellent written and communication skills · Ability to work independently and adapt to change quickly · Effectively problem-solve and deliver high quality results · Ability to read, write and communicate in English · Ability to work in a shop environment - continuous exposure to potentially hazardous metal working machinery and equipment, loud noises, dust, mist, oils and solvents.
