APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

You will be trained and able to competently carry out repairs as required.
You will be able to work to the highest standards.
You must be an excellent time keeper, reliable and a good team player.

HAVE EXPERIENCE/COMPLETED TRAINING IN:

Mechanical repairs to include Brake pads and Discs, Exhausts, Servicing, Dampers & Springs, PDI’s, Brake Bleeds, Tyres, Steering Tracking, Track Rods, Suspension Arms – plus other additional jobs as required. Ongoing training will be given.

THIS VACANCY IS FOR A POSITION IN OUR WORKSHOP BASED IN BLETCHLEY, MILTON KEYNES.

We ask that you have your own tools.
It would be an advantage for you to show a current clean driving licence, or be working towards gaining this.
We are seeking a friendly enthusiastic person who can become a member of our dedicated team.
We offer a excellent opportunity to gain training and experience on the job. 20 days holiday + bank holidays + company pension scheme.
This job role will require a 5 working day week to include every Saturday and Monday as half days.
Salary is from £16000 per year dependent on previous training, qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

MECHANICAL ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be reporting directly to the front of house, you must be hardworking, enthusiastic and able to manage your own workload, but would receive ongoing support.
The main objective of the role will be part of a small team but, you should be equally happy working on your own and should take a great degree of pride in carrying out tasks to the best of your ability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To adhere to the Company Policy & Procedure.
To fit any parts or products specified by the Company to customer/company vehicles.
Carry out a range of maintenance/repairs/servicing services to customer vehicles, as required by the company.
To maintain booking times given.
To maintain the cleanliness of the work area and its equipment on an ongoing basis.
To support the team in all its efforts to repair and upsell additional parts and services as required.
To wear the uniform provided by the Company; to maintain it and present a smart personal appearance.
To be available for work at the times specified by the company.
