Description Under the supervision of the physicians, the Ophthalmic Technician assists the physicians in their patients' eye examinations and procedures. Duties include performing workups of patients, various vision tests, collecting medical data, monitoring and maintaining patient flow, scribing, and assisting physicians with various procedures; as well as assisting with various administrative duties.
