CUSTOMER SERVICE (PARTS ADVISOR) APPRENTICE.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service (Parts Advisor) Apprentice to join our team at Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with one of the world’s most prestigious and technologically advanced car manufacturers. There are very few Customer Service Advisors Apprenticeships in the motor industry and the BMW programme is regarded as being the leader in delivering the ultimate customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.

Applicants are required to have, or predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A-C / 9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects:

  • English
  • maths
  • ICT (or one other subject if candidate did not take ICT)
  • To be eligible to work in the UK before you apply and hold a full UK driver’s license (this is due to the nature of the role)

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE.

You will be working in a busy BMW/MINI Parts Department. Your role will be focused on stock processing, inventory management and customer interaction. Our customers come with a diverse range of needs and expectations, so you’ll need to be methodical, highly organised, and a confident communicator. Above all, you should have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Serve trade and retail customers over the phone and in person
  • Manage stock: ordering, control, and checks
  • Use advanced computer systems for stock management and parts identification
  • Support workshop and sales departments with parts coordination
  • Attend off-site training at BMW Group Academy (Berkshire) for 12–15 month
