ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our close-knit, supportive team. Working under the guidance of the Parts Manager and Parts Advisor, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting both our customers and Technicians by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assisting with the sale and supply of parts to customers and workshop staff.
• Answering customer enquiries in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Helping to manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries and organizing collections (some manual handling involved).
• Supporting the team in the smooth daily running of the parts department.
• Learning how to identify customer needs and provide the best product or service solutions.
