POSITION SUMMARY:

MasTec Canada is currently looking for an Apprentice Pipefitter from Whitecourt and surrounding areas to start on July 3, 2025.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Fall Arrest and Aerial Work Platform
• First Aid
• H2S Alive

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for promoting and living out MasTec Canada’s 6 Core Values
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Safety Tickets
• Ability to identify and report hazards
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Effective attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules
