WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Conducting property inspections and generating detailed reports using a tablet.
• Identifying potential issues early to prevent problems from escalating.
• Collaborating with Property Managers to address urgent maintenance concerns.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues and ensure smooth resolutions.
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate property information.
• Assisting with viewings and supporting the wider team as required.
