We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details: Summary of Responsibilities: Assist in handling reservations and bookings Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities Assist with checking guests in and out Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information Open exclusively for Indonesian citizen Minimum 1 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service-oriented mindset Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
