Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail orientated individual to join our Sales Administration team covering our Canary Wharf & Canning Town office.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in not only the office, but the wider administration teams success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. Your expertise will ensure the department maintains its exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SALES ADMINISTRATOR:

As a sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the conveyancing process from offer to completion, whilst meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements. This includes conducting AML checks, managing documentation, coordinating essential services such as EPCs and safety checks, and effectively communicating with solicitors, buyers and vendors. You will also handle buyer enquiries promptly, maintain accurate records in Veco and actively contribute to team meetings.
