POSITION SUMMARY

The Apprentice Scaffolder is responsible for erecting, positioning, dismantling and monitoring the stability of scaffolding on site. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Employees are expected to support and participate in a “culture of safety” and adhere to and be ambassadors of Strike’s Code of Conduct and Values, and to treat others with dignity, respect and fairness.

EDUCATION

• Must be a registered Apprentice with the appropriate provincial or federal authority

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Experience with trouble shooting issues in the field
• Ability to work well in both independent and team environments and manage multiple tasks while working under minimal supervision
