Job Title: Security Systems Engineering Intern (2-Year Training Programme)

Role Overview:
We are offering an exciting two-year internship opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic young person who is eager to start their career in the security industry. As an intern, you will work alongside our experienced team to learn every aspect of the business, from technical installations to customer service. This structured programme will provide hands-on training, mentoring, and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications to become a fully trained Security Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of security systems, including access control systems, automatic door systems, CCTV systems, Door entry systems, Intercom Systems and door repair.
  • Learn and support with regular maintenance and servicing of installed systems.
  • Shadow experienced engineers to gain practical knowledge and skills.
  • Work with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and

handle queries effectively.

  • Gain an understanding of health & safety practices within the security industry.
  • Support wider team operations and contribute to daily tasks.
  • Undertake relevant training courses to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A keen interest in technology, engineering, or security systems.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to take on responsibility.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, or Science preferred.
