POSITION:
We are looking for a well organised customer focused person to join our Service team at Taunton Ford as an Apprentice Service Advisor.
You will have excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, be able to work in a busy environment, plan and prioritise and possess the desire to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
We will offer an apprenticeship programme through our trusted third party provider Calex, the apprenticeship programme will last for approximately 12 months and focuses on you achieving a Customer Service Level 2 qualification.
In addition to the formal apprenticeship programme & training, you will also work closely alongside our other Service Advisors and Service team to help gain valuable, on the job, support and guidance.
The successful candidate should be reliable, flexible, punctual and a great team player.
