As an Apprentice Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers and the person they trust to get their IT queries on the right track. You’ll handle requests and tickets from start to finish, working closely with your fellow Service Desk Analysts to make sure every client enjoys a smooth, seamless support experience.
From logging and researching an issue, creating an action plan, escalating when needed, through to resolution – you’ll keep customers updated at every stage. Communication is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be building strong connections with both clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service every time.
