Your Role: As an Apprentice IT Support Desk Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our Support Team. From helping end users with IT challenges to learning the ins and outs of systems like Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and more, this role is your springboard into a thriving IT career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and effective end-user IT support, both remotely and over the phone
  • Troubleshoot IT systems, servers, networks, and devices like computers and printers
  • Assist with managing SharePoint sites, security groups, and more
  • Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by creating helpful documentation
  • Support the team in strategic IT planning and project execution

  • Earn a City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualification
  • Get hands-on experience with IT systems, troubleshooting, and infrastructure
  • Work with industry-leading tools like Microsoft infrastructure and Hyper-V
  • Master the art of calm, confident problem-solving in high-pressure situations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A thoughtful, approachable, and curious nature
  • Minimum GCSE Grade B in Maths and English
