• Warm, friendly and confident personality with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Focused, driven and professional in every sense.
• Excellent personal management and timekeeping skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance

The Spa Apprenticeship is an apprenticeship programme aimed to inspire, nurture and develop the next generation of highly skilled talent for the Spa at Turnberry. The apprenticeship offers the opportunity to study professional Spa treatments and allows you to develop the key skills to achieve an internationally recognised CIBTAC qualification in Level 3 Massage and Level 2 Facials. Apprentices will be offered a full time permanent position on a competitive salary (at least National Living Wage).
