A Day in the Life ● Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. ● Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires. ● Handle basic HR administrative tasks: maintain employee records and update HR databases. ● Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations. ● Assist in developing training materials and resources. ● Supportcompliance efforts: ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation. What You Need ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field. Of batch 2020-2024 only. ● Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year. ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. ● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
