CHATHAM TOYOTA IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME EXPRESS TECHNICIAN

We are currently hiring an Apprentice Technician to join our shop.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent customer service, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Punctual, accountable, and dependable
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Valid Class G License
  • Clean Drivers Abstract
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • 1 Yr minimum of work experience in automotive repair & service is preferred
  • Lube Technician experience an asset
  • Extensive knowledge of various vehicles and their service needs

Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles and conduct minor repairs & maintenance in a timely manner
  • Complete oil and filter changes
  • Complete tire rotations & repairs
  • Inspect all vehicle fluid levels, air and cabin air filtration systems, belts, batteries, and other wear items, and reporting on these items to the Service Advisor in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area before, during, and after vehicle servicing
  • Restocking supplies
  • Other duties as assigned by managemen
