SUMMARY

We are seeking an Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our team in Newton Abbot. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding automotive services while gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge or experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop automotive skills.
  • Good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required
Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Participate in assembly and maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and support.
  • Perform equipment repairs under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
