You will get to know all areas of the kitchen and gradually become a pro in all the tasks of a chef: Preparation and cooking of dishes in various kitchen areas (appetizers, main courses, desserts). Receiving, inspecting, and proper storage of food products. Learning and adhering to hygiene standards (HACCP) and safety regulations. Supporting the planning of menus and food offerings. Plating and presenting dishes for guests. Handling kitchen equipment and professional materials. Collaborating with the kitchen team and supporting other colleagues. Participating in internal training sessions and meetings for further education. Assisting with special events and buffets. What we expect from you: You have a charming, authentic demeanor, a well-groomed appearance, and clear communication skills. You have completed your schooling. Good knowledge of German and English is a given for you. Initial experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or service through internships or part-time jobs is a plus. Responsibilities

During the apprenticeship, you will learn all aspects of the kitchen, including preparation and cooking of dishes, food storage, and adhering to hygiene standards. You will also support menu planning and assist with special events.
