Job Description This 1,5 year programme is designed to set you up for long‑term success. You’ll work hands‑on with advanced mechanical and electronic systems, support real customer projects, and gain the skills needed to step confidently into a Field Service Engineer role after completion. The programme includes rotation through different departments in our current structure: Field Service Operations, Service Workshop, Inside Sales/Contracts, Logistics and training in Falun, Sweden, one of Rotork's factories; Throughout the 1,5 year programme you will work on an array of different products within Rotork's portfolio, including communications, control and instrumentation and actuation products, enabling you to learn the skills, mindset and confidence to become an Electro/Mechanical Engineer.
