About the David Lloyd Chef Academy Apprenticeship Programme:
You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and play your part in ensuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budgets and that food hygiene and health and safety compliance is always maintained.

This comprehensive work-based programme with a combination of face to face and online sessions along with expert led classroom modules is designed to help you develop your skills in:

  • Food Hygiene
  • Kitchen Operating Standards
  • Menu specification, Portion Control & GP
  • Allergen requirements and legislation
  • and of course, Nutrition!

On completion of the programme (12-14 months) you will receive a nationally recognised level 2 production chef apprenticeship qualification. (Or Scottish equivalent in Scotland)
