Job Description As a Data Analyst in apprentice, your main responsibilities include: Support financial planning activities (i.e., Actual, Forecast, business planning and budget), and improvement for reporting, analysis and processes, Participate in the production of different reporting based on figures/data provided by the entities in Tagetik (Controlling tool) as well as assist in the analysis of trends and performance, Support global data quality of figures provided by countries and ensure respect of deadlines on the basis of agreed processes, Create and maintain data pipelines using data science programming languages such as R or Python. Collaborate with the team to compile and finalize high quality deliverables for the Top Management (Quarterly Business Review, Technical dashboard …), notably you will involve in: Data collection and analysis support; Creation of adapted dashboards for the presentation and validation of the analysis carried out; Participating into various projects involving Controlling team. Preferred Experience Business school/University/ Engineering master’s degree with specialty in Finance/ Business Analytics (Bac +5), Good financial analysis skills, Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. (pivot table, key functions, complex charts…), Good knowledge in the programming languages R or Python, Fluent English mandatory, both written and spoken, Knowledge in insurance business would be much appreciated (Technical insurance ratios, IFRS17, SII), Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload, To be successful in this position, you will have to focus on punctuality, high quality of deliverables, excellent communication with stakeholders.
