Apprenticeship - Production Support Automation

Responsibilities:

• Support monitoring and maintain application
• Diagnosis and Investigation any issue occurs
• Communicate incident to stakeholders
• Resolution and recovery any issue occurs

Requirements:

• Final year or fresh graduate preferably majoring in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to do 6 months internship period
• Good analytical skills
• Familiar with operating system Linux or Windows
• Familiar with software testing (e.g postman)
• Familiar with database (e.g postqresql, SQL Server)
• Creative and Innovative
