SUMMARY:

The successful applicant will teach accountancy and finance related apprenticeship standards and AAT qualifications to apprentices remotely through online learning and onsite within workplace settings. Providing support and coaching apprenticeship learners in preparation for the end-point-assessment and delivering effective teaching and learning to enable learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviour required to achieve the apprenticeship standard.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Occupationally experience within accountancy, finance and payroll
· Qualified to AAT level 4 diploma in professional accounting
· Sound knowledge of finance apprenticeship standards
· Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle

Pay: £24,500.00-£31,500.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Deliver finance and accounts related apprenticeship standards and AAT qualifications through a variety of teaching and assessment methods.
  • Ensure all learners receive the highest quality skills development support to aid their progression and achievement of the training programme.
  • Improve learners’ maths and English through the embedding of Functional Skills within learning sessions.
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to employers and learners within enrolment meetings and verify requirements, commitment and eligibility.
  • Deliver inductions with all new learners and employers to ensure full compliance of policies and clear understanding of the end-point assessment requirements.
  • Adhere to all internal policies continuously to ensure safe and equal practice. -Alert management of any breaches to policies by following the alerting procedure.
  • Ensure learning evidence and records are accurate and updated after each visit, providing an audit trail.
  • Ensure teaching and learning conducted always meets the required internal and external quality standards.
  • Prepare learners for the next stages of their career through effective progression planning.
  • Participate positively in all team meetings, providing feedback and suggestions to share good practice and exceed delivery expectations.
