Responsibilities: Distributed Detected potensial FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) cases Updated daily list of potential FWA cases Reviewed and corrected billing descriptions Supported data summarization and analysis for reporting purposes Supported analysis specially for excessive claim amount cases by analyzing fraud indicators Supported the creation of big data summaries using Pivot Tables Requirements: Final year student (with no class to attend) or recent graduate from any major Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta. Committed to do 6 months internship Willing to do WFO (3x a week) in South Jakarta Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented Able to speak and write in Bahasa and English Advance in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate to advance in Excel would be a plus) Basic Insurance knowledge and have any experience in Policy Holder Services in Life Insurance industry will be preferred Prudential is an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities

The role involves detecting potential Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) cases and updating a daily list of these cases. Additionally, the intern will support data analysis for reporting purposes and assist in creating big data summaries using Pivot Tables.
