In this role, you’ll play a key part in the smooth delivery of our apprenticeship provision — from coordinating applications and liaising with providers, to keeping data accurate and producing reports that help us shape future workforce development. • Plan and schedule apprenticeship cohorts, information sessions, and induction activities
  • Maintain and update apprenticeship systems (including DAS and internal databases) to keep information accurate and up to date
  • Liaise with apprenticeship providers to schedule programme starts and resolve queries
  • Monitor attendance, take registers, and ensure training records are logged correctly
  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues about apprenticeships, responding to queries via phone, email and service tickets
  • Produce reports and dashboards on learner activity, levy spend and projections, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Carry out data validation and cleansing exercises when needed
  • Develop clear information resources and communications in line with brand guidelines
  • Support team meetings with administration including minute taking and report writing
