The Apprenticeships Unit are responsible for supporting the development, recruitment and delivery of degree apprenticeships. We currently work with over 400 employers and over 3000 apprentices. The Apprenticeships Unit is an exciting and dynamic team working across the University and with apprenticeship employers to deliver high quality and industry relevant undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.
We are now seeking to recruit an Apprenticeships ILR Funding Officer to support the delivery of degree apprenticeships from the initial applicant stage through to successful completion of programmes. The purpose of this role is to provide high quality, effective and professional support activities for the Apprenticeship Unit’s apprentice data management service. The overall objective is to ensure that the data management systems and processes of the Apprenticeship Unit are in line with internal and external requirements, to ensure all returns and submissions are completed in a timely manner and to liaise with appropriate university departments, as required.
This role would be well suited to candidates with excellent attention to detail, who work well in a team environment and have excellent customer services skills.
