You’ll also bring your strong organisational skills to the administration of our Registered Training Organisation, helping us maintain excellence across every aspect of our learning programs.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Coordinate internal and external training and coaching programs, ensuring every apprentice and trainee receives the right guidance to complete their qualifications with confidence.
  • Provide timely processing of invoices and funding claims, supporting smooth operations.
  • Consult with clients to understand their current and future workforce development needs, tailoring training solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ensure our delivery environments meet all compliance requirements and remain welcoming and engaging.
  • Champion learner wellbeing by implementing supportive initiatives and checking in on their progress and needs.
  • Assist in crafting and refining policies and procedures related to our apprenticeship and traineeship offerings.
  • Build trusted relationships with Apprenticeship Support Networks and Government bodies, promoting our programs with care and clarity.
  • Monitor training contracts and learner progress, identifying and addressing any roadblocks early.
  • Keep learner records updated in Success Factors LMS.
  • Process our RTO enrolments and certificate issuance
  • Oversee welcoming and thoughtful onboarding experiences for new apprentices and trainees.
  • Manage training logbooks and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
