JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Approvals Coordinator to manage and facilitate all necessary government and municipal approvals for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of approval processes with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, DDA, and other regulatory bodies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in authority coordination/approval roles in the UAE, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of approval processes with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, DDA, DMCC, and other regulatory entities.
• Familiarity with online submission portals such as Dubai BPS, eNOC, and others.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

  Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
